There's a slight quirk of an eyebrow when Loki goes and does the same thing with the hands in the pockets, but he doesn't really think much of it beyond that. Rather, he finds himself giving a soft huff of laughter at Steve's so-called explanation of him — of them and their contract, nodding a bit before he starts to make his way through the apartment.

"You're very straight to the point, huh? Is that how you went about the whole contract thing with him? Laid it all out and whatever?" There's amusement in his voice as he pads his way to the kitchen, hands still there in his pockets. It's a sort of non-answer, sure. But he's also trying to see what sort of person Loki here is, much as he's assuming Loki is doing the same.
