[ Scott's a little more... open with Nate this time. MIght be something to do with the link with Jean being there, might be increased comfort with Nate, definitely some of it's worry.

Regardless, while he is still very controlled and compartmentalized - he's used telepathy for straight team communication and practicailities as much as intimacy and affection - never mind positive and negative experiences.

And there's an immediate sort of urge to shut that shit down - because it's dangerous - that gets brushed aside so he can listen. ]

One of two ways. First way and the one I'm hoping will work: people go in there. I could see about hijacking one of their minds. See it all through their eyes.

[ That has potential and while 'perk up' is the wrong word, it... has potential and he is interested. Immediately sort of narrows his eyes and ponders ways both that could be useful, appreciate that it keeps Nate relatively safe - as safe as anyone pushing in Duplicity can be - is again fairly subtle, and he can even think of some possibilities to act as a safety net for Nate.

The primary one's good. Especially if we can get Jean and I involved as a safety net to make sure that we don't lose you -- or information - if you're hit by whatever psychic or psychic influence got you this time.

Maybe. I'm not willing to risk us all going down at once, but being able to make sure the information gets retained seems worth... pushing the limits on that point. Especially here.

I can't really answer that question until we know what caused the failure of plan 1. We don't know enough. Anything short of you finding you're not able to get inside the mind of anyone side leaves potential to make alterations to the idea and adapt it.

If you can't maintain any level of psychic contact in there, then we've dead ended on the use of psychic abilities there; if you can't make it work with one person, you certainly can't influence everyone in there to avoid detection.

Maybe. Unless the issue is outside influence. If the building itself has some sort of shield that protects against someone trying to look inside. Being inside physically could be different. Like walking through the shield.
